?Yellow Gold Doctor's Chronograph? Rolex, "Fabrication de Genève - Suisse", case No. 2091, Ref. 6372. Made circa 1930. Very fine and extremely rare, 18K yellow gold pocket watch with chronograph, register and pulsometer.

Two-tone silver with black painted baton indexes and Arabic 3 & 9, outer minute and fifths of a second divisions, Arabic five minute/ second numerals, outermost blue pulsometer scale, subsidiary dials for the seconds and 30-minute register. Blued steel ?baton? hands. M. 16???, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 43 mm.
