Rolex, Oyster Perpetual, "Self-Winding" Chronometer, "Rigid Hooded", Ref. 3065, 1940' s, produced in circa 1000 examples from 1939 to 1950. Fine, tonneau shaped, center second, selfwinding, yellow gold and stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch.

C. polished, screwed back, waterproof, hooded lugs. D. mat silver, with applied gold radiumed indexes. "Alpha" radiumed hands. M. 9 3/4? rhodiumed, 17 jewels, lever escapement, Superbalance balance adjusted to 6 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In good condition. Diam. 32 mm.
