"Pink Chronometer" Rolex, Oyster, Chronomètre, case No. 56491, Ref. 3009. Made in the early 1940s. Fine, tonneau-shaped, center seconds, water-resistant, 14K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch.
C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, engraved back: "Officers of the 107th Cavalry to Col. Woods King, Nov. 29, 1943." D. Copper-colored with painted luminous Arabic numerals and indexes, outer 1/5th seconds scale with 5 minute/ seconds Arabic markers. Luminous blued steel "baton" hands. M. Cal. 10 1/2''', rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Superbalance balance with 7 adjustments, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 31 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
