Rolex "Prince Brancard" Chronometer, Ref. 1491 HS, 1930's. Very fine and rare, rectangular curved, jumping-hour, 18 ct white and yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch.

C. flared, massive, polished, bicolour, yellow gold case, white gold stepped sides. D. mat silver with painted Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial, aperture for the jumpinghour, "Modern" blued steel hands. M. 7 ' , Observatory quality, gilt brass, 17 jewels, lateral lever escapement, " Superbalance" balance adjusted to 6 positions, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Dim. 26 x 42 mm.
