?Libertad - Independencia" Rolex, Geneva, ?Cellini?, Ref. 3612. Made in 10 pieces in 1971 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of The Treaty of Cordoba. Very fine and very rare, extra thin, 18K yellow gold coin wristwatch set into a 50 Peso Mexican gold coin dated 1821 - 1947, with a Rolex buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.

C. Three-body, solid, straight lugs, case band engraved: "Libertad - Independencia", the hinged watch within the coin, opening by a push-piece concealed in the band. D. Satiné silver with black painted radial Roman numerals and indexes. Blued steel "baton" hands. M. Cal. 651, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 39 mm. Thickness: 5 mm.
