?Red Datejust? Rolex, Geneve, ?Oyster Perpetual Datejust, Officially Certified Chronometer?, Ref. 6305, case No. 948417. Made circa 1953. Very fine and very rare, water-resistant, self-winding, 18K yellow gold chronometer wristwatch with date and an 18K yellow gold Rolex Jubilee bracelet.
C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, faceted bezel, crystal with "cyclops" lens. D. Off-white with applied yellow gold dart indexes, luminous dots and outer minute divisions, gold-rimmed aperture for the date, alternating red and black date numerals. Luminous yellow gold ?alpha" hands. M. Cal. 745, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Superbalance timed to 6 positions, shock-absorber, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, index regulator.
