Extremely rare and fine, water-resistant, 14K yellow gold wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, anti-reflective black bezel with tachometer graduated to 200UPH and a 14K gold Rolex buckle.

Luminous yellow gold "baton" hands. M. Cal. 722-1, rhodium-plated, ?fausses côtes? decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 3 positions, Microstella adjustment screws, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.
