Rolex, Cosmograph, "Daytona", Ref. 6238, 1960's, so called "Paul Newman", produced in 3600 examples between 1962 and 1967. Very fine and rare, 14ct gold, gentleman's wristwatch, with round button chronograph, registers and tachometer, with fitted box.

D. bicolour gold and black, with applied gold radiumed indexes, + auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers, " Baton" gold, radiumed hands. M. 13-, rhodiumed, 17 jewels, lever escapement, Superbalance balance, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, ca-se and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 36mm.
