Rolex Chronograph Antimagnetic, Ref. 4768, circa 1940's. Very fine and rare 18-carat pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers, tachometer and triple date.

'Bâton' radiumed hands. M. 13-, rhodiumed, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition.
