Black Deco Dial Rolex, case No. 035288, Ref. 3060. Made circa 1940. Fine and rare, Art Deco, rectangular, extra-curved, stainless steel wristwatch with black dial.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, lapidated sides extending along the lugs, curved crystal, dedicated case back. D. Black with painted off-white Art Deco Arabic numerals, inner minute divisions. Steel feuille hands. M. Cal. 6 3/4''', tonneau-shaped, rhodium-plated, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel flat balance-spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 20 x 43 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
