Notes

Rolex's Antimagnetic chronograph with triple date were produced in few examples from the mid 1940s to the early 1960s in 18K yellow or pink gold and in very few examples in stainless steel, with various dial designs and hand shapes and with 4 different references: - In the mid 1940s: Ref. 4767 - From 1948 to 1951: Ref. 5036 - From 1951 to 1955: Ref 6036, called by collectors the "Killy watch" (after international ski champion Jean-Claude Killy, who first became famous in the 1960s). This reference was produced in 170 examples in yellow gold, 144 examples in pink gold and very few in stainless steel. - From 1958 to 1962: Ref. 6236. Similar watches are published in "Rolex, Collecting Wristwatches", by Osvaldo Patrizzi, Guido Mondani Editore, Genova, 2001, pp. 472- 477 and 486.
