Notes

IIt is exceptionally rare to find early Turn-o-Graphs in mint condition. They were often used as everyday watches and usually show heavy wear. This time-capsule example was bought new at the Ship?s Store at the US Naval base in Yokosuka for a price of $ 66.50 (as indicated on its accompanying price tag). Amazingly, the price is also written on the side of the outer box and the watch still retains its caseback sticker. It is without a doubt the finest example of Reference 6202 to appear at auction to date.
