Notes

The elusive reference 6511 was the first Day-Date ever produced. Made for a year only in 1956 after having recently been given the patent for the Day-Date combined mechanism. In the history of Antiquorum it is the first yellow gold Reference 6511 to appear at auction, its desirability further enhanced by the rare original dial with its red writing.
