Libertad - Independencia Rolex, Geneva, Cellini, Ref. 3612. Made in a limited edition of 10 pieces in 1971 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of The Treaty of Cordoba. Very fine and very rare, extra thin, 18K yellow gold coin wristwatch set into a 50 Peso Mexican gold coin dated 1821 - 1947, with a Rolex buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate (now void).

C. Three-body, solid, straight lugs, case band engraved: "Libertad Independencia," the hinged watch within the coin, opening by a push-piece concealed in the band. D. Satiné silver with black painted radial Roman numerals and indexes. Blued steel baton hands. M. Cal. 651, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 39 mm. Thickness: 5 mm.
