Ref. 6234, 14K Underline Dial Rolex, Oyster Chronograph, Antimagnetic, Ref. 6234. Made circa 1962. Very fine and rare, water-resistant, 14K yellow gold wristwatch with underline dial, with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer and telemeter, on leather strap with period gilt Rolex buckle, turquoise flip-top Rolex case and twin-lock crown instructions.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown. D. Radiant silvered with applied faceted gold dart indexes and luminous dots. Subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, outer graduations for the telemeter in blue, the tachometer in black, straight print Antimagnetic with underline. Luminous gold alpha hands. M. Cal. 72B, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 3 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, Micrometer regulating screws.
