Ref. 6234 Gold Rolex, ?Oyster, Chronographe, Serpico Y Laino, Anti-Magnetique?, case No. 144298, Ref. 6234. Made in 1956 and retailed by Serpico Y Laino (Caracas, Venezuela). Very fine and equally rare, tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, 14K yellow gold wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, telemeter and tachometer and a polished and brushed 14K yellow gold riveted Rolex oyster bracelet. Accompanied by a fitted box.

C. Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, inclined bezel. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes and Arabic numerals, outer minutes and seconds divisions with fifths of a second divisions, outermost blue telemeter and black tachometer scales, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers. Yellow gold feuille hands. M. Cal. 72, 13???, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balancespring, shock-absorber, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 14 mm. Approx. overall length: 170 mm.
