Ref. 4500 Stainless Steel Monoblocco Rolex, ?Oyster, Chronograph, Anti-Magnetique,? Ref. 4500. Made in 1946. Very fine and rare, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with round button chronograph, register, tachometer and telemeter.

C. Two-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals and dart indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds and 30-minute register, inner 1/5th seconds scale with 5-minute/seconds Arabic markers, outer tachometer and telemeter scales. Yellow baton hands. M. Cal. 23, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 13 mm.
