Very fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold and diamonds wristwatch, with round button chronograph, registers, diamond-set bezel and dial, and an 18K yellow gold Rolex Oysterlock bracelet Ref. 78398. Accompanied by the original fitted box, warranty certificate (now void) and booklets.
