Rolex reference 6238 was the first version of the Rolex Cosmograph and was produced from 1961 to 1967. The first example of ref. 6238 with an ?exotic dial? came on the market in the late 1960?s. Rolex ref. 6238 with the ?Paul Newman? dial is an extremely rare version of the watch.
