T 390, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating fl at balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 15 mm.

Like its sister version Rolex reference 6538, the Tudor big crown represents the ultimate Tudor sport watch. Its big crown, combined with the thickness of the case, allowed it to resist pressure up to 200m. This model was probably made in fewer than 200 examples.
