Rolex "Precision", Ref. 8858. Produced in the 1950's. Fine and unusual, trapezoidal, 18K yellow gold padlock- and lantern-shaped trinket watch, hanging from the padlock ring-bow, opening on the right side by means of a jewelery hook.
