Rolex "Cellini". Ref. 4151. Produced in the 1970's. With box. Fine and unusual, asymmetrical, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wrist-watch with a Rolex buckle.

C. two-body, solid, polished and brushed, pale yellow-colored enamel bezel with yellow gold Roman numerals, winding crown at 9 o'clock. D. ivory-colored ena-mel. "Bâton" yellow gold hands. M. Cal. 1601, rhodium-plated, "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration,19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 27 x 28 mm
