Rolex, Oyster Perpetual "Explorer", Officially Certified Chronometer, Ref. 6610. Produced in the 1950's. Fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with a stainless steel Oyster bracelet.
C. three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown. D. black with tritium-coated Arabic numerals and indexes. "Skeleton" tritium-coated hands. M. Cal. 1030, rho-dium-plated, 25 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm.
