Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel and yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with a Rolex yellow gold plated buckle.

Cal. 620, 9 3/4''' rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, Superbalance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.
