Rolex Oyster Perpetual "Day-Date" Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, Ref. 18000. Produced in the 1970s. Accompanied by a Rolex pad-book, a brown leather fitted box and certificate. Very fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, tonneau-shaped, 18K yellow gold and diamond gentleman's wristwatch with date and day, and with an 18K brushed yellow gold President bracelet set with 224 small round diamonds on the central links.
C. three-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, bezel set with 44 round diamonds, sapphire crystal. D. entirely pavé-set with small round diamonds, aperture for the date and the day. "Bâton" tritium-coated hands. M. Cal. 3055, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 36 mm.Approx. overall length 185 mm.
