"Medical Chronograph" Rolex Cosmograph, Ref. 6241, with pul-someter dial and steel bezel. Produced in the 1960s -1970s. Exceptionnaly rare and extremely fine, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman?s wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, pulsometer and tachometer, with a stainless steel Oyster bracelet.
C. three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, tachometer graduation on the bezel to 200 units per hour.D. bicolored matte silver and black with applied steel indexes and tritium dots, "guilloché" subsidiary sunk seconds, 30 minute and 12-hour registers dials, outer pulsometer graduation for 15 pulsations in blue Arabic numerals. Tritium-coated steel "Bâton" hands.M. 13''', rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 3 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring.
