Notes
This case model was patented in 1921 and is one of the various examples made in the search for perfect water-resistancein watch cases. However, being too expensive to produce and rather impractical, this system was rapidlyabandoned and replaced, some years later, by a model with a screw down bezel, case back, and crown.
