So called ?Monoblocco? Rolex "Oyster Chronographe Anti-Magnetic", Ref. 4500. Production of this reference started in the mid-1940s. Very fine and extremely rare, tonneau shaped, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph and register.
