"Patent Pending" Rolex, Oyster Perpetual Date, "Sea-Dweller" Submariner 2000", 2000ft = 610m, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, Ref. 1665. Made in the fouth quarter of 1967, it is probably among the first "Sea-Dweller" with escape valve produced. Fine and very rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water- resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with date, black bezel, and a stainless steel "Fliplock" Oyster bracelet punched ?patent pending?.

D. Black with tritium-coated round, triangular and baton indexes, aperture for the date."Sea-Dweller Submariner 2000" printed in red above the 6. Tritium-coated steel "Skeleton" hands. M. Cal.1570, rhodium-plated, "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 26 jewels, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Microstella regulating screws. Dial, case and movement signed.Diam. 40 mm. Height 16 mm.Approx. overhall length 225 mm.
