Rolex, Cosmograph, Daytona, so-called "Paul Newman", Ref. 6239, with steel bezel, 1970's. Very fine, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers and tachometer, with stainless steel Oyster bracelet and Rolex deployant clasp.

C. three body, massive, polished, satine, screwed case back and crown, tachometer graduation on the bezel to 300 units per hour. D. bicolour black and white with applied tritium-coated steel indexes + auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers. "Baton " tritium-coated steel hands. M. 13"' rhodium plated, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 3 positions, shockabsorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm.
