Rolex, Oyster Perpetual, Officially Certil Chronometer, Ref. 6062, 1950's. Very fine and rare, tonneau shaped, water-resist astronomic, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwt with triple date and moon phases, with leather st and gold plated Rolex buckle.

"Alpha" radium-coo gold hands. M. 9 3 /4- rhodium plated, 19 jewels, k escapement, monometallic balance, compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm.

Ref. 6062 Produced from 1950 to 1953, with 350 examples in yellow g 50 examples in pink gold and very few in stainless steel. Very examples feature dials with star indexes. In the Rolex catalogue of 1953, this reference was co "Cosmograph". The yellow gold model remained in the R catalogue in 1960.
