Rolex, Oyster Chronograph, Anti Magnetic, Ref. 5036, 1950's. Very fine and rare, tonneau shaped, water-resistant, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers and triple date with leather strap and 18K gold Rolex buckle.

D. matte silver with applied pink gold indexes, auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers, outer graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week and the months. "Baton" pink gold hands. M. 13 "' rhodium plated, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, selfcompensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm.

Chronograph antimagnetic with triple date Produced from the mid 40's to the early 60's in few examples in 18K yellow or pink gold and very few in stainless steel, with different design of dial and shape of hands with 4 different references: - Ref. 4767, in the mid 40's. - Ref. 5036, from 1948 to 1951. - Ref. 6036, from 1951 to 1955, so-called by collectors "Dilly watch" (world ski champion in the 60's). This reference was produced in 170 examples in yellow gold, 144 examples in pink gold and very few in stainless steel. - Ref. 6236, from 1958 to 1962. The main difference between this one and the three other references consists in the three body case as opposed to two body.
