Rolex "Chronometre Antimagnetic", Ref. 3055, 1930's. Very fine and rare 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with olive shaped button chronograph and register.

C. massive, polished, stepped bezel. D. black with applied gold indexes + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials. "Dauphine " pink gold hands. M. 10 1/2"' rhodium plated, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 29 mm.

Ref. 3055 Produced in 20 examples in pink gold and 200 examples in yellow gold in the 1930's, considered at the time as the smallest chronograph in the world. A similar watch is published in "Orologi da Polso Rolex", p. 186.
