Rolex, "Oyster Perpetual Day-Date", Superlative Chronometer, Officially Certified, Ref. 1803. Made in the late 1960s. Fine, tonneau-shaped, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with day and date and an 18K yellow gold Rolex buckle.

C. Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, fluted bezel, crystal with "cyclops" lens. D. Linen-textured champagne with applied yellow gold bâton indexes and tritium-coated dots, apertures for the days of the week and the date. Yellow gold "bâton" hands. M. Cal. 1556, rhodium- plated, "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 26 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shockabsorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, Microstella regulating screws, hack mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
