A very fine and rare, stainless steel, self-winding, diver’s wristwatch, water-resistant (1 000 ft = 300 m.) with screwed case-back, black colour dial with centre-seconds and date of the month; green insert bezel so-called "Flat 4".

Rolex, “Submariner” Ref. 16610 LV
Made in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the “Submariner”, the Ref. 16610 LV was launched in 2003.
The first series were made until 2004 and until serial “F 54x xxx”.
This watch was delivered in Japan in December 2003 and is recognisable as being part of the first series of the “Flat “ series by its style of the “4” in the bezel that is serifed and showing sharp angles It also comes with the correct Rolex fitted box (Ref. 64.00.02) and its accessories as the day it was sold.
Amazingly the watch has never been worn, still featuring its untouched hologram case-back sticker, protective case stickers all in place and its plastic bezel ring, making this a truly "New old Stock" example.
