ROLEX REF. 1803 ORANGE STELLA DIAL DIAMOND INDEX WHITE GOLD Rolex, Oyster Perpetual, Day-Date, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, case No. 2166758, Ref. 1803. Made in 1969. Very fine and unusual, center seconds, self-winding, 18K white gold Chronometer wristwatch with day & date and a Lacquered Stella orange dial.

Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, screw-down case back and crown, fluted bezel, crystal with cyclops lens. Orange lacquered with applied diamond indexes (one replaced) and luminous dots, outer minute divisions, apertures for the days of the week and the date. Luminous white gold baton hands. Cal. 1556, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 26 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions and temperature, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, hack mechanism.
