ROLEX REF. 1803 RED STELLA DIAL DIAMOND INDEX YELLOW GOLD Rolex, Oyster Perpetual, Day-Date, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, case No. 3832040, Ref. 1803. Made in 1974. Very fine and unusual, center seconds, self-winding, 18K yellow gold Chronometer wristwatch with day & date and a Lacquered Stella red dial with a gold plated Rolex buckle.

Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, screw-down case back and crown, fluted bezel, crystal with cyclops lens. Red lacquered with applied diamond indexes and luminous dots, outer minute divisions, apertures for the days of the week and the date. Luminous yellow gold baton hands. Cal. 1556, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 26 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions and temperature, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, hack mechanism.
