Sold on February 7th, 1991. Very fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, center-seconds, self- winding, water-resistant, 18K white and diamond set wristwatch with day, date and a 18K white gold Rolex bracelet with deployant clasp.

Three-body, polished and brushed, screw-down case back and crown, diamond-set lugs and bezel, sapphire crystal with cyclops lens. Silver with applied diamond indexes, luminous dots, outer minute/seconds track, apertures for the date and for the day of the week. Luminous white gold baton hands. Cal. 3155, rhodium-plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 31 jewels, adjusted to 5 positions temperature, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring.

Having been worn on rare occasions, this 18389 still maintains its original caseback sticker as well as the original warranty with rarely seen punched sale date. The dial has taken on a beautiful patina after 25 years of careful conservation.
