ROLEX REF 2508 YELLOW GOLD Rolex, ?Chronographe Anti- magneticque?, case No.46901, Ref. 2508. Made in the 1940?s. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer, telemeter and a gold plated buckle.

C. Three -body, solid, polished and brushed, concave lugs, flat bezel, snap on case back. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals and dart indexes, outer minutes/seconds track with every five Arabic markers, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer tachometer and telemeter graduations. Yellow gold baton hands. M. Rhodium-plated, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 36mm. THICKNESS 12,5mm.

Reference 2508 was first issued in a 37 mm case with olive-shaped pushers, it was then revised with a 36 mm case with square pushers. This reference was available in stainless steel as well as 18K pink and yellow gold.
