Notes

One of the most attractive chronographs ever produced by Rolex, the reference 3525 is known to collectors as monoblocco due to its single case construction. Built as the first oyster case chronograph featuring a screw-down caseback and crown, this first generation example featuring crisp numbers to the caseback has been conserved in wonderful condition and has the rare black dial configuration. To further enhance its collectability it is housed in a pink gold case, probably the rarest configuration of these early Rolex chronographs.
