Right after discontinuing gilt dials, Rolex introduced the matt dials, which
this is the first example of on the reference 5513. While depth marking
starts with the indication of meter first indicating its early 1967 production
date, the dial has taken on a beautiful even beige patina to the indexes
and hands, making this a beautiful example of a 5513 meter first.
