It is becoming increasingly difficult to find one owner watches today and this recent discovery in Amsterdam is sure to please collectors of pre-Daytonas.
Having always suffered from the desirability of later Cosmograph Daytonas, the market is starting to realize the rarity and beauty of these elegant chronographs. The case is still thick showing nice definition, the numbers between the lugs are crisp and its untouched original dial (non luminous indexes and hands, helping its overall state of preservation) has been beautifully preserved still showing a warm blue color on the telemeter scale. A great example rarely found in this condition.
