Notes

The Rolex 6036, nicknamed the “Jean-Claude Killy”, is an iconic watch from the 1950s. This rare model, produced in only a few hundred pieces, is part of Rolex's “triple calendar chronograph” series, with date, day, month and chronograph functions. Admired for its elegance and technical complexity, the Rolex 6036 embodies the expertise and innovation of the Swiss brand. Highly sought-after by collectors, the fame of this unique timepiece was reinforced by triple Olympic alpine skiing champion Jean-Claude Killy, who gave it its nickname.
Recently discovered in Japan, this example has been preserved in excellent original condition, with a thick case and an untouched original dial. Examples in this condition are becoming increasingly difficult to find and this example will please most of the discerning collectors.
