Notes

Rolex’s “Antimagnetic” chronographs with triple date were produced in few examples from
the mid-1940s to the early-1960s, in 18K yellow or 18K pink gold and in very few examples in
stainless steel, with various dial designs and hand shapes and with four different references:
• In the mid-1940s: Ref. 4767.
• From 1948 to 1951: Ref. 5036.
• From 1951 to 1955: Ref 6036, so-called by collectors the “Jean-Claude Killy” (after
international ski champion Jean-Claude Killy, who first became famous in the 1960s). This
reference was produced in 170 examples in yellow gold, 144 examples in pink gold and very
few in stainless steel.
• From 1958 to 1962: Ref. 6236.
