Very fine, tonneau-shaped, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch and a gold-plated Rolex buckle.

Yellow gold luminous dauphine hands. M. Rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, lever escapement, patented Superbalance, shock-absorber, self compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial, case, and movement signed.
