Housed in a large at the time case of 36 mm, the reference 6098 is often referred to as the big bubbleback or Ovetonne due its convex caseback. Produced also in yellow gold, stainless steel versions featuring a honeycomb dial and star indexes such as this example are among the most collectible versions of the 6098 especially with a mint dial.
