Notes

Right on top of the list of Rolex collectors, the RCO dial is one of the rarest variations of vintage Daytonas. While Rolex was experimenting with dial colours and layouts, this unusual trial featured the words Oyster at the bottom of the dial under the words Rolex and Cosmograph. Found also in Paul Newman dial configurations, this dial kept in excellent overall condition features a matching patina both to indexes and hands as well as the correct -T-Swiss-T- signature. Further complemented by its correct pushers as well as its bezel, it is a rare opportunity to acquire a milestone in Daytona collecting.
Please note that the watch is currently at Rolex, Atelier de Restoration in Geneva for an overhaul estimate and will be available around June 2021.
