The 14k reference 6241 was made in approximately 750 pieces, according to our research only 10 percent show an exotic dial. The so called John Player Special dial is probably the most attractive and rare exotic type dial for yellow gold cases. The Paul Newman dial so called "John Player Special" shows gold metal finished subdials with black laquered graphic, "chevalier" type head laquered indexes with tritium luminous dots. The 722-1 caliber was modified compared to the base 72 caliber to feature a different anti-shock, balance cock, stud holder and a regulated Breguet hairspring.
