Notes

The reference 6263 represents, with the 6265, the most attractive manual winding Daytona, we estimate that less than 5 percent of the manual winding Oyster daytonas were sold with an exotic Oyster dial that became famous as “Paul Newman”. This watch represents an extremely rare example of a panda Oyster with a beautiful color change. The Rolex Daytona “Paul Newman” has shown a growing interest through the years becoming the most expensive vintage steel wristwatch ever sold at auction. The present watch has never been presented at auction.
