Notes

Since about 1960, Rolex watches were ordered by Peruvian military forces. To indicate the presence of precious metals at that time, Rolex stamped its dials with Sigmas next to the Swiss signature. Inside the caseback, the serial number is re-engraved, like many of the special-ordered or military watches. Military assigned Rolex remain scarce and very desirable . Watches delivered to F.A.P are further engraved on the outer case.
